LOVE your Neuro-divergent life.

ND Affirming Coaching inVermont and Beyond

Managing it all on your own leads to burnout.

Learning that you’re neurodivergent as a grown up brings more questions than answers:

Am I masking?

What are my support needs?

Why do I suddenly have MORE Autistic and AuDHD traits than ever????

And am I really AuDHD or am I making it all up?

You’re in the right spot.

Together we’ll explore all these questions and more.

When you’ve been trying to do all the things that are expected of you as a neurotypical but really you’re neurodivergent. . . it tends to make you doubt yourself and defer to other people.

We believe in Autonomy (you stay in control) and Diversity (you’re allowed to be exactly you), so you can choose the type of interaction you are most comfortable with.

Amy Noyes and Miranda Jane, two ADHD/AUDHD/Autistic support coaches. Amy wears an orange sweater. Miranda wears a blue hoodie.

Get the support that is right for you.

Struggling to stay present in your life? So much of our struggles as ND’s come from having a super sensitive nervous system. Miranda is excellent at helping you get to know yours, along with practical exercises you can do to get out of chronic dissociation and back into your body and your life. Miranda is trained in Somatic Experiencing as well as other neurobiology based practices, like the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).

Want to understand Autism and ADHD at a deeper level? Amy provides support in communication, unmasking, life transitions, and other areas like internalized ableism and helping create a life that works for you. Amy also supports couples and families working to better understand one another. With a passion for neurodiversity, she’d LOVE to answer any of your questions and dive deep into exploration.

Learning about your unique brain and body, while spending time with other neurodivergent adults, gives you the perspective you need to start designing a life that supports and nourishes you. . . and that’s fun enough to feel worth living!
