While we live in Vermont, all of our services are online. So you can be anywhere and still access our courses, groups, and one on one coaching.

We meet through Zoom for 60-75 minutes and focus on whatever topics you want to focus on during that time. You will have the undivided attention of your coach, and can stay in touch between sessions through our client portal.

In coaching we’re very focused on how things are working for you in your life today and how you’d like them to go in the future. While most neurodivergent people have a long history of trauma, we’re doing less delving into that and more building nervous system and environmental strength and support to improve outcomes moving forward.

Not at this time. Currently all of our work is done online, including groups and workshops.

$300 per session.

This is not covered by insurance, but some HSA’s accept coaching and allow you to use the HSA card to pay for our services.

Our courses are all different prices depending on what they entail.

Our group programs also range in price, but they typically work out to being $100-$150 per group meeting.

Individual 1:1 Sessions
This option includes an interview (about 90 minutes), followed by the client completing the assessments. They then send us the results to review. After that, we meet for another 90-minute session to discuss the results and whether they meet the criteria for Autism. This process, without a report, costs $900.

Group Assessments

One-Time 90-Minute Group: This option is $150 per meeting. In this group of up to 8 people, we discuss topics like masking, hidden accommodations, communication differences, and more. We also briefly introduce the assessments we recommend, providing them with a rubric for interpreting their scores, after which the group participants complete the assessments on their own. We will also offer an optional second group meeting for an additional $150 to answer any questions people may have after taking the assessments.

8-Week Group: This more in-depth group costs $150 per week ($1200 total). Each week, we explore different assessments and discuss what participants experience throughout the process. Topics include unmasking, relationships, echolalia, the combination of Autism and ADHD, internalized ableism, and others. The goal is for participants to have a supportive community during their journey of discovering Autism.

For one on one coaching, you decide when you want to meet. Some people just need one or two sessions, others prefer to meet weekly or every other week while they’re figuring things out.

Our groups typically meet weekly, for 90 minutes at a time. For this reason it’s helpful to look at your calendar and block off our meeting times so you can get the most out of the experience.

A good faith estimate is our way of letting you know in advance how much we will charge you for our services.

Because we charge by the session and by the group, it’s easy to figure out what you will pay. For every time we meet privately, you’ll pay $300 per 60-75 minutes.

Group prices vary but you will be informed of the cost before you sign up.

The only variable is how often you will want to meet with us and how many groups you’ll want to join, which you will always be in full control of.
