You know what you want for your life, but your symptoms keep stopping you!
Pain, fatigue, unpredictable brain function. . . not to mention the panic, fury, and despair.
On top of that you find yourself zoning out. . . coming back to “To Do” lists from five years ago that are identical to the one you wrote this morning.
How are you supposed to make any progress like this???
So far your number one coping skill is shaming and blaming yourself with louder and louder inner critics.

I will listen to you, and I will believe you about your symptoms and your experience.
I use a blend of body-brain-and nervous system exercises to help you figure out what’s going on. Maybe you’ve been holding onto expectations that are just not going to work for you, and it’s time to throw them out and start over.
Or maybe there are old beliefs getting in the way and it’s the beliefs that need to change. I know how to help you do that, and no, it’s not by yelling at yourself that your beliefs are stupid. You can stop doing that now, please.
Sometimes it’s that the nervous system has gotten sooooo sensitive that it’s bumping you into fight-flight-freeze just from regular daily stressors. Yes, basic self-care (showering, laundry, food) can trigger an ND nervous system into just sitting on the couch and scrolling all day and night.
But there is hope!
When you stop trying to make yourself neurotypical, you can finally be just who you are.
Let me show you how to tone and support your nervous system so that you can feel your best with EXACTLY the brain and body that you have.
A lot can get better just by talking and by listening to your body.
And if we feel like we’re hitting a little stuckness in your nervous system, I’m trained in the Safe and Sound Protocol, which is a listening tool (through headphones) that works with the vagus nerve and can help you get your fight-flight-freeze responses back on track.
